 Principle description:

This line is designed for LED bulb automatic assembly. It mainly includes chain feeding line, rotary automatic assembly line and bulb cover feeding system. Pre-assembled bulb (PCB, driver, housing assembled) are put in chain feeding line. After PCB punching, mechanical hands will grab it to the assembly plate. With turning of the assembly plate, following steps will be finished automatically: wire-shaping and cutting, base loading and riveting, gluing and cover fixing. Then finished bulbs will be taken out by the mechanical hands.
